To name henna leaves, the first thing that comes to mind is the garden design on the hands. For hair care, many people place henna leaf in the first row. But, many of us do not know that in addition to hair care and hand decoration, henna leaves are beneficial to the body. Let us have a look, how henna or henna leaves benefit us.

Benefits of henna leaves: Henna oil, leaves and seeds serve as anti-inflammatory, anti- bacterial, anti-viral components.

To heal wound: Henna leaves protect skin from infection and irritation. For many years, this leaf has been used in healing wound. This leaf has a kind of sedative material which really absorbs the burning of the wound.

To reduce fever: In Ayurveda medicine, henna leaves were used to treat fever. Usually, fever is not a disease. It is a sing of an immediate disease. When a person is suffering from high fever, the extra heat of the body may lead to the loss of the organs. So, sometimes it becomes necessary to reduce fever in instance. To protect the body of the person from heat, henna leaves can be used to reduce heat.

To relieve headaches: Severe head pain? Take a few henna leaves and prepare juice. Now, put it a little bit on the forehead. The anti-inflammatory components of this leaf remove all kinds of pressure and release from various types of migraine by keeping blood flow in motion in capillary veins.

To remove the impression of age: Henna leaf carries an element called estrogen. The impression of age is reduced if the juice of this leaf is used on the wrinkles. Not only the impression of aging, to remove skin spots or any kind of stain, henna leaf is quite effective.

To solve sleeping problems: To remove any kind of sleeping problem, such as Insomnia, henna leaf is enough beneficial. Taking henna leaf extract by the rules every day, could solve sleeping problems.

In nail care: There is no pair in making nails strong and attractive.   Soak some henna leaves in water for a while. Drink the water when it turns into light red.

To maintain blood pressure: This leaf helps to keep the heart healthy, taking henna juice or eating henna seeds on a regular basis keeps cardiovascular system and blood pressure normal. It prevents thrombosis in the artery and protects people from heart attack and stroke.

Caution: Most of the henna leaves are beneficial to the body. However, in some cases, black henna causes skin rashes, allergies and several problems. So, before having any herbal henna material in daily diet, consult a doctor.
